Who we are
Roamville is a trading name of Life and Soul Place Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16827306). Our registered office is Flat 4, 4 College Road, Waltham Cross, EN8 9NU. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC181045. Contact us at hello@roamville.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address
- Your town, and the first half of your postcode if you give it (never your full address)
- Your children's age ranges (never their names)
- Your answers about what you'd use, how you'd travel and which plan might suit you
- Any idea you write in, and whether you're happy to help
Why we collect it
To decide which towns to open first, what to book first, and to email you about Roamville. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box. You can withdraw it any time.
Who sees it
Only the Roamville team. We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. They're stored with Cloudflare, and emails are sent with Brevo, both of whom process data for us under contract. The public "towns" board shows only counts, and only for towns with 3 or more families.
How long we keep it
Until Roamville opens near you and you create an account, or until you ask us to remove you. If we decide not to launch, we'll delete the list.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Every email we send has a link to remove yourself straight away. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
